On January 9, 2025, a seminar titled "Psychological Issues in Priestly Formation" took place, led by Rev. Fr Joyson Sujay Vas, S.J., a certified counselling psychiatrist and psychologist. Fr Joyson, who began his Jesuit journey in 2003, brought a wealth of experience to the discussion.

The session commenced with an engaging experiment that highlighted how life experiences can leave individuals feeling broken yet emphasized the call to be "wounded healers." Fr Joyson stressed the importance of personal healing through self-love and self-acceptance as a prerequisite for helping others.
