August 24, 2024 - St Joseph's Inter-diocesan Seminary, Jeppu, Mangalore, recently concluded a comprehensive two-week course on "The New Testament: The Four Gospels" from August 12-16 and August 19-23, 2024. The course, led by Rev. Fr Antony George Pinto, aimed to provide an in-depth understanding of the Gospel narratives, theology, themes, and messages.  The course featured insightful lectures and engaging discussions, fostering a sense of community among the 23 participants. Rev. Fr Antony George Pinto's expertise and passion for Scripture made the course an enriching experience, promoting spiritual growth and enriching the participants' understanding of the New Testament.

The study covered the historical and cultural context of the Gospels, the unique perspectives of each evangelist, and the relevance of Gospel teachings for contemporary life. Participants gained a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter, leaving the course with renewed enthusiasm for Scripture study.
